This model has exactly the same benefits as the standard Prime UK Employed model and is ideal for contractors who are not subject to SDC and fall into the classification of a ‘mobile worker’. This means that you travel between client sites which are away from the main work base. Claim for mileage
If you are deemed to fall into this category, you cannot claim tax relief when travelling from home to work but you will be able to claim when you travel to see a series of temporary clients during a normal working day. Mileage, tax and NI relief can then be claimed and you will need to supply your Contractor’s PA with all fuel receipts.
